The D400 HS is built on the deeply refined Klipper development of the D600 Pro3 HS and uses the same high-flow hotend with a record-setting 90 mm³/s output. With a stable print speed of 600 mm/s, it even reaches twice the speed of its bigger sibling – with precise, repeatable quality. Ideal for compact prototypes, production parts, and demanding technical materials in a desktop format.

Automatic Dual Extruder (420 °C)
The intelligent, lightweight dual-extruder kit reaches 420 °C and allows fast nozzle changes. Thanks to improved dual-nozzle shutter technology and automatic HD-camera offset calibration (0.02 mm accuracy), ABS or ASA prototypes, PET-CF and UltraPA-CF can be printed at maximum speed with ideal support materials. Low maintenance and cost-efficient.
Actively Heated Chamber (70 °C)
The dual-layer insulated heating chamber reduces thermal stress, improves layer adhesion, and prevents cracking or warping in technical plastics. The intelligent chamber-heating algorithm compensates in real time for thermally induced machine deformation – for consistently repeatable results even with demanding materials.
Large Magnetic Platform
The exclusive magnetic platform is heat-resistant above 100 °C, never demagnetizes, and is easy to remove. Models release quickly, and the underside stays flat and clean.
Eddy Current Bed Leveling (0.001 mm)
The non-contact eddy current leveling system calibrates the build platform in 60 seconds with a scanning accuracy of 0.001 mm. Combined with the independent quad Z-axis, every corner of the platform is individually balanced.
