Prusa Pro HT90
Industrial delta 3D printer for high-performance materials up to 500 °C.
The Prusa Pro HT90 is a delta kinematic industrial 3D printer with a cylindrical print volume of Ø300 × 400 mm and an actively heated chamber up to 90 °C. With two interchangeable print heads – a High-Flow head for rapid prototyping and a High-Temperature head for materials up to 500 °C such as PEEK, PEKK or PEI (Ultem) – it is the most affordable printer for high-performance filaments. Developed and manufactured in the EU, awarded the Red Dot Design Award.

Industrial Precision for the Most Demanding Materials
The HT90 reaches print speeds of up to 250 mm/s at an acceleration of 20,000 mm/s². Combined with the actively heated print chamber and precise temperature control, this enables efficient manufacturing even with the most demanding material requirements.

Delta Kinematics for Consistent Precision
Three coordinately moving arms guide the print head over the stationary object – without the typical axis masses of large gantry systems. The result: high dynamics with consistent precision throughout the entire print volume.
Interchangeable Print Heads
Both print heads are included in the package: The High-Flow head (up to 300 °C, 0.4 mm Revo nozzle) for fast printing with standard filaments, and the High-Temperature head (up to 500 °C, 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle) for engineering materials such as PEEK, PEKK or PEI.
High-Performance Filaments Without Compromise
Thanks to the high-temperature print head, heated chamber and powerful heated bed, the HT90 reliably prints even the most demanding materials – from ABS and ASA, through nylon, to PEEK, PEKK and PEI. For technical applications that require maximum material performance.
Innovative Air Management System
A servo-operated high-speed flap redirects the airflow in milliseconds to cooling or heating mode – for optimal printing conditions with every filament.
Delta Kinematics with Active High-Temperature Chamber Technology
Precision and speed for industrial high-performance applications.
The Prusa Pro HT90 uses a delta kinematic drive system: Three lightweight arms move the print head with high acceleration and consistent precision throughout the entire cylindrical print volume – suitable for parts with overhangs, fine structures and complex geometries.
