The D1000 HS sets new benchmarks in large-format printing: with a 90 mm³/s hotend flow rate and a stable printing speed of 300 mm/s, it operates five times faster than the previous model. The perfect combination of Klipper firmware, an intelligent extruder system and heavy-duty mechanics ensures reproducible industrial quality – even for very large parts.

Automatically lifting dual extruders (420 °C)

The new dual-extruder system allows fast switching, precise PLA+PVA prototypes, and the printing of ABS, PC, nylon, or carbon-fiber composites. Ideal for high-strength functional parts and durable molded components.

Actively heated chamber (60 °C)

The controlled heated chamber (60 °C) reduces thermal stress, improves layer adhesion, prevents warping and ensures high material quality – especially when printing technical plastics such as ABS or PA-CF.

Linear rails & servo motors

Massive linear guides ensure precision over millions of movements. Servo motors prevent lost steps, enable low-inertia motion, and guarantee maximum dimensional accuracy over 1000-mm axis lengths.

Power-loss recovery & filament monitoring

The printer saves its position in the event of a power loss and resumes printing without visible marks. The filament monitoring system pauses the print in time and prevents failed prints – essential for long-running large-scale projects.

With a build volume of over 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm, the D1000 HS produces full-scale models, functional prototypes, brackets, molds and tools directly on site. The heated chamber ensures dimensional stability, while the filament drying compartment keeps two 5-kg spools consistently dry. High-strength materials such as UltraPA-CF reach up to 80 MPa and 150 °C heat resistance – ideal for demanding validations and industrial applications.
