Wireless & standalone
The FreeScan Omni requires neither data nor power cables. Scanning, processing and inspection run entirely on the device itself – ideal for mobile applications and flexible quality assurance.
PTB-certified precision
The integrated inspection module is PTB-certified and delivers verifiable, repeatable measurement results with a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 + 0.03 mm/m.
Integrated video photogrammetry (VPG)
Integrated Video Photogrammetry (VPG) The patented VPG technology eliminates the need for coded markers and enables real-time marker verification through video capture – ensuring efficient scanning of large components.
Multiple industrial modes
With 93 laser lines for fast full-area scans, 25 parallel lines for detailed capture, one laser line for deep pockets, and an IR rapid-scan mode, the FreeScan Omni is equipped for every industrial 3D scenario.
Scan-to-inspection directly on the scanner
Inspection where it happens.
From scanning to meshing to inspection and reporting: the FreeScan Omni performs every step seamlessly directly on the device. Thanks to preset templates, an intuitive interface, and PTB-certified software, personnel receive instant, consistent inspection reports – ideal for on-site quality control, fast decision-making, and scalable production workflows. Removable batteries enable continuous operation without interruptions.
